Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and credits for payments made to [Legal Business Name] ("Lanning Aviation").

Lesson cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least [24 / 48] hours before your scheduled lesson. Cancellations with less than [24 / 48] hours' notice may be charged [a fee / the instructor's block]. Weather cancellations and instructor/aircraft cancellations are not charged and will be rescheduled at no penalty.

Lesson deposits

Deposits paid to reserve a lesson are [applied to your lesson cost / refundable if cancelled with [X] hours' notice / non-refundable].

Discovery flights
